• YouTube Channel Information: When you authorize Noveles to access YouTube channel, we collect basic channel information to facilitate uploads and management.

2. Limited Use of Google User Data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs, including restricted scopes, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Generating Videos: Image data is used exclusively to create the videos themselves.
• Optimizing for YouTube: Video metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) is used only to enhance your YouTube content and improve its reach.
• Managing Uploads: YouTube channel information is used solely to facilitate video uploads and manage your content on authorized channels.

• We do not analyze your data outside of what is directly necessary for these core NovelesVideo functions.
• We do not and will not use your personal information for marketing purposes, profiling, or any activities beyond those essential to providing the service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. However, we do share certain information in the following limited circumstances:

• YouTube APIs: When you authorize Noveles to access your YouTube channel, we share your channel information with YouTube APIs to manage uploads and video information.
• Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to help us operate and improve the Service (e.g., data storage, analytics). These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

5. Data Storage and Retention

We store your information on secure servers within the EU (Czech Republic). We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. When we no longer need your information, we will delete it in a secure manner.

6. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your information.
